"Don't Panic" and the other paintings were created by a British fan and graphic artist named Shelly Winter. She used screen captures from some of Peter's earlier work to create the paintings. "Don't Panic" uses shots from Medics, a UK ER-like drama where Peter played a panicky med-school student. Call My Bluff is a UK celebrity game show (yes, a game show!) that Peter appeared on back in 1996.
